Peggy was the daughter of Byron Webster Neal Jr and Dorothy Eunice Bloom Neal and sister of Marl Jean Neal Warren, Cheryl Kay Neal Blanchard, Donna Dean Neal Sears, Joyce Ann Neal Tracy, Nancy Carol Neal Landrum, Jack C Neal, Ricky Glenn Neal and Bryon Neal III.  She was the wife of Edward Allen Roets and mother of Eric Swanson.
