Alan Chester Webb

He was born in Topeka on June 16, 1953. He graduated from Wichita West High School in 1971. He was formerly employed at Defenders Townhouse, a retirement home in Wichita. He also served his community as a volunteer at United Methodist Urban Ministry’s food bank. 

He was preceded in death by his father Wallace (July 1999) and mother June (March 2015). 

He is survived by his brother Michael. 

Graveside services will be held Friday, March 27th at 2:00 pm at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery, 3616 SW 6th Street in Topeka. A memorial service will be held in Wichita at a future date to be determined. 

Memorials have been established with The Arc of Sedgwick County Legacy of Hope Endowment, c/o Wichita Community Foundation, and The Alan Webb Gift Ministry Fund, c/o Kansas Area United Methodist Foundation.
