Nobles, William D. "Bill," 51, self-employed construction contractor, passed away after a long illness, June 30, 2006. Service 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 5, 2006, Resthaven Mortuary Chapel. Survivors include, wife, Linda, of the home; daughter and husband, Angela and Ryan Rogers; brother, Steve Nobles; sister, Vera Jean and Edwin Williams all of Wichita; grandchildren, Harper, Harmony, and Hampton Rogers; sister-in-law, Cynthia and Larry Parks of Wichita; brother-in-law, William and Nancy Bole of Valley Center. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with the American Heart Association and the Kansas Humane Society.
