Philip E. Oliphant, was born on August 29, 1954 to Ernest and Julia Oliphant who preceded him in death. He passed away September 26, 2025. He graduated from Wichita State University and earned his Masters Degree from the University of Kansas.He used his education as a therapist and supervisor at the Robert Dole VA, providing care to the psychiatric/addiction population. Philip earned awards for Social Worker of the Year and the prestigious Hands and Heart Award for his compassion and quality care. He is survived by his brothers, Charlie (Brenda) and Paul, Sisters Julia (Mimi) Koker (Clint), twin, Karen Oliphant and Mary Ann Weiser (late John Weiser); as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins..
