Event Information

• Last day to register for the Saturday night banquet is September 2nd as we have to turn our food order in to Rolling Hills. Some other registration deadline have been extended to September 9th for advance purchases.

• Pay online with credit card or mail check to Joe Bickel at address listed online. If you mail a check to Joe, it provides 5.9% more money for fun or other expenses because we don't have to pay the website for processing credit cards.  Pay at the door with cash or check only. No credit cards accepted.

• 3-day ticket: $75. The 3-day ticket covers all events except golf and pickleball for players; spectators are free. Please register online. If you need assistance with registering, use the contact button on the home page. John Bittle is coordinating.

• Ala carte: Tickets may be purchased at the door for ala carte events, but quantities may be limited. Activities where food has to be ordered ahead of time may provide for at the door entry, but without a food option, e.g. Saturday evening banquet at Rolling Hills Country Club. Dessert (cake) will be provided for all classmates and guests. $30 advance purchase or pay @ the door) (6:45 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)

• Saturday night banquet at Rolling Hills is buffet style with choices of BBQ Brisket/BBQChicken & Vegetarian Alfredo Pasta. Sides: Chef's vegetables, baked beans, scalloped potatoes, and bread. Dessert: Cake. Champagne toasts.

• Professional photographs will be taken Saturday morning at West and Saturday night at Rolling Hills Country Club, and possibly Friday night at Side Pockets. There will be a photobooth at the Saturday night banquet. Pictures will be available for purchase from the photographer after 9:30 p.m. Saturday evening at Rolling Hills. We are going to take junior high group photos at 8:30 a.m. at West, outside southwest / old gym entrance. Be there 5 minutes early.

• Shirt orders have been submitted. A small number of the best selling shirts and sizes may be available for purchase during the reunion at the same price as online. 

• Cancellation: Individuals may cancel by August 1st. A refund, less 10%, will be mailed to all registered participants by August 26th.
