What has your life been like during the pandemic and what would you tell future generations?

I had Covid this summer. Was in bed about a week but recovered.

What have you been up to since you graduated?

I was married 32 yrs. I graduated Old Dominion University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Human Svs.
I have volunteered for many charities, I love helping animals.
I moved to TN in 2006, VA 2007, AZ in 2013 and MO in 2020. I now live in the KC area in an Apt with my dog Gypsy.

If you have traveled, where have you been, what did you like best, and why?

I took a trip to Mexico to Rocky Point with some GF in 2019. 2021 I went to CO and Moab Utah for 2 weeks.
I love to travel, now only restricted by my income.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Play computer games, nap with Gypsy, go to the Rec Ctr., shopping. I belong to the KC dog club, and the Tarot and Unicorns meetup. I attend Unity and the United Methodist Church events, go to festivals, concerts.

What did you think you would do when you finished high school and what did you actually do?

I thought I'd be a secretary and I was an Administrative Asst. for awhile. I worked as a hospital pharmacy tech for 15 yrs. After graduation I was a Behavior health Tech working with the mentally ill in group homes.

Who was/were your favorite teacher(s) and why?

Ms Martin at Allison. I took 4 social studies classes from her.
Bill Jenkins, we hung out at his house and I considered him a friend before and after high school.

What is a favorite school story or memory?

Being in Choir and drama.

What is the biggest thing you would do differently if you went back to your time at West?

Be less shy. During college I became an extrovert.

What did you always want to do that you haven't done yet?

Go to Ireland and New Zealand

Any words of wisdom?

Don't have regrets. I suck the marrow from life's bones and live life to the fullest.
